Electronic Health record
Since 2001, the electronic patient record has been a flexibly configurable add-on service for improving the customer relationships of health insurance companies and the health-related habits of their policy holders, patients and consumers. A personal electronic Patient record in accordance with § 68 SGB V (German Social Code) has been a legally compliant service in statutory health insurance since 2004. In 2005, the Federal Insurance Office reviewed, and approved statutes submitted by health insurers on the basis of which the platform developed by Trustner is used.
Electronic Patient Record
The electronic patient receipt shows legally insured persons their service and billing data conveniently at the touch of a button. Transparency in the healthcare system is improved in a practicable way and misuse is prevented.
Integration into the online office
As a white label solution, the health record can adopt the corporate design of the health insurance providers. In addition to the integration of standard functions, the development of individual modules is also possible. Information texts and e-mail texts can also be formulated to suit individual requirements.

Vaccination and prevention assistant

Medical Documentation
A variety of medical information can be conveniently stored in the health record. An electronic diabetes passport is also available. If desired, doctors' letters, laboratory findings and diagnoses selected from the Trustner consultation room can be directly transferred to the user's personal health record.
Medication-Check
Save medications and manage your data. In addition to the straightforward and tabular display, the Medication-Check allows you to compare various interactions and categorize them using a traffic light colour.
Medication-Shop
Users can order their pharmaceutical requirements and other health products from a quality-tested mail-order pharmacy via the MedicationSHOP. The order details are then imported into the documentation.
