The Trustner consultation room is a virtual room in which doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals can exchange messages and files with patients and their relatives. There is a room for each patient in which messages, findings, diagnoses and other documents can be stored. The invitation to a consultation room is issued by authorized doctors and nurses. This Trustner service meets the high data protection requirements of the DS-GVO and can be used both at work and on the move.

The consultation room as a centre point
The Trustner consultation room can be connected to all common systems and services: Using the hospital information system (HIS) interfaces, data can be sent quickly and easily to consultation rooms; conversely, files from referring physicians can be imported. Scheduling, video chats and the transfer of data into electronic patient records can be easily integrated. The connection of the Trustner consulting room to an IHE repository is currently in preparation.
